Refund Policy

At Ayodhya Punya Prasadam, we strive to provide the best experience for our visitors. However, we understand that plans may change. Below is our refund policy regarding cancellations:

1. Full Refund:

• Cancellations made *more than 7 days* before the scheduled visit will receive a *full refund* of the amount paid.

2. Partial Refunds:

• Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to the visit will incur a 25% deduction from the total amount of guide service selected
• Cancellations made 1 day before the visit will incur a 50% deduction from the total amount of guide service slelcted

3. No Refund:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Processing Time:

•  All approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
